Aadhar Card Customer Care Number

There are three primary channels through which a citizen can file a complaint:
- Toll-free Number: People can call 1947 and get their complaints addressed through this number. They can place a call to regional centres mentioned above
- By Email: People can also address their complaints by sending an emailing to help@uidai.gov.in
- By Post: People can get their issues addressed through post by sending a letter to any of the Regional Centres or UIDAI headquarters
Filing Complaints Online through the Resident Portal
Complaints filed online must be based on non-generation of the Aadhaar card or against the operator and enrollment agencies. Applicants should simply visit resident.uidai.gov.in/web/resident/file-complaint and fill out the form with basic details such as Enrollment ID (EID), personal details, location and complaint details, and submit the form. As soon as you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation request on your registered mobile number and email. To check the status of a complaint, a user must visit the official website resident.uidai.gov.in/web/resident/complaint-status and submit their complaint ID. This identification is the number that is sent to you when you register the complaint.
