At the district level, it is called the District Consumer Dispute Resolution Forum (District Forum). It has jurisdiction to address consumer complaints when the value of goods / services, including compensation, is up to Rs. 20 lakhs At the state level, it is known as the State Consumer Dispute Remedy Commission (State Commission).
